The restaurant was built in 1975 thanks to Giovanni and Baingia Pintus.
Since the beginings , the aim of the founders was to preserve the old cooking traditions, in order to be transmitted to the generation to come.

With great enthusiasm, typical of old sardinian people, in 1982 the founders begin to put in action a closer collaboration with one of the greatest-specialist about sardinian cuisine Mr. Giovanni Serra.

Who follow the original tradition.
